It started with Olives & Grace in Boston, the concept shop I ran for fifteen years that was really a community of emerging brands. Since then, I've designed member-to-member connection inside private memberships for 7- and 9-figure female founders, built neighborhood-wide connection through South End Local, shaped guest-to-city connection for boutique hotels, and created connection moments at scale for Nike, Microsoft, and IDEO.
